Tiffany is a registered dietitian with a passion for providing individualized, client-centred care. She is a firm believer that there is no one-size-fits all approach and will work with you to find nutrition solutions that fit your lifestyle and preferences.
Through work and educational experiences, Tiffany has had a wide breadth of experience and able to help navigate a variety of nutrition related issues including:
While completing her first undergraduate degree in medical science, Tiffany took several nutrition related elective courses which piqued her interest in the subject. At the same time, she was competing on the varsity rowing team where she witnessed firsthand the effects a good nutrition strategy (or lack thereof) could have on performance as well as physical and mental health.
Nutrition has remained a big passion for Tiffany. She loves helping people take charge of their own health through small changes to diet and lifestyle, and believes that, in addition to regular daily movement, nutrition can be one of the easiest and most economical primary prevention strategies for better overall health.
Tiffany recently moved to Victoria and in her spare time, she enjoys being outside as much as possible, exploring this great place we call home. While she has been an active member in the rowing community for 12+ years, an injury (and Covid) have provided an opportunity to spend more time cycling, running, hiking, and kayaking.
