    We’re looking for the right physiotherapist to add to our PT team at Acacia Health in Vic West. Up to full time hours available, but start at whatever capacity works for you.

    At Acacia, we have a fully functioning gym space, Shockwave Therapy, pessary clinic, and Canadian-Made Cardon physio tables.

    Candidates must have:

    • Current malpractice insurance
    • Active license with The College of Physiotherapists of BC

    Preference will be given to Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy, or special interest in neurological rehab.

    We are currently looking for a fantastic full-time (~30-35/week) person and experienced administrator to join the team at our busy clinics!

    Acacia Health is a busy multi-practitioner alternative health clinic with two locations in beautiful Vic West. Our Westside Village location offers treatment with Massage Therapists, Chiropractor, Kinesiologists, Physiotherapist & Osteopathic Manual Practitioners. Our Dockside Green location offers treatment with Naturopathic Doctors, Dietitian, Counsellors, and infrared sauna. (pssst… these locations are actually just up the street from one another)

    About the position:

    We are offering a part-time administration position, approximately 30-35 hours a week, with flexibility in shifts, and potential room for growth.

    The ideal candidate will be able to accommodate evening shifts (12-8) as well as some Saturdays.

    Under the title of Patient Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for answering phone calls, checking clients in and out, basic cleaning, appointment scheduling, as well as general office duties.

    Who we are looking for:

    • Friendly, highly organized individual, ideally with some office experience
    • someone who has a schedule that could, if necessary, have some flexibility to provide coverage for short-notice sick days, as well as occasional days off and holidays (with plenty of notice)
