Receiving treatment and rehabilitation soon after an accident will improve your results and recovery time from related injuries.
We bill ICBC directly for authorized treatments
ICBC provides coverage for a variety of treatments for injured drivers, passengers, cyclists or pedestrians. Our goal is to make your rehabilitation fast, convenient, and comprehensive.
We can provide covered treatment in any of these areas of practice:
It’s important to seek treatment soon after a motor vehicle accident as studies have shown early intervention can significantly reduce symptoms and improve recovery.
We want to help you get back to your regular work, home and recreation activities. Our experienced practitioners will consider details of your personal situation–your injury, limitations to your movement or functions, and your job requirements–to create the best care plan for you.
Although whiplash is the most common injury seen after a motor vehicle accident, we also treat a variety of other accident-related injuries including:
If you’ve been through an injury or accident, you want to focus on healing. We offer direct billing to ICBC to help you have low-stress, convenient access to treatment during recovery from your accident.
Find out more about what’s covered and how it works on our ICBC billing page.
To book an initial ICBC appointment, have your claim number ready and call (250) 475-1522 ext. 1 to speak to one of our patient care coordinators. You can book your follow-up appointments online.
We recommend you start with a therapy or treatment method you’re comfortable with.
From there, our practitioners understand when it’s beneficial or complementary to build your care team by including an additional therapist or treatment method. Our intention is for you to receive comprehensive care toward a full recovery.
If you’re not familiar with any of the covered therapies, give our patient care coordinators a call at (250) 475-1522 ext. 1. They’ll be happy to help.
Open communication. Two-way dialogue.
Your treatment is based on your needs and can include a variety of different treatment methods. We often see success when practitioners collaborate and you receive both passive and active therapy.
Our goal is to help you find relief from pain and regain strength, mobility, and function.
At your first appointment we’ll:
During follow up appointments we’ll:
You’ll receive support with every step of the process and have quick, easy access to treatment and compensation.
