If you choose plain Greek yogurt, the honey and cinnamon will add sweetness. Honey is a natural sweetener and contains vitamins and minerals. Homemade Yogurt Parfait

Serves – 1
Prep time: 5-10 minutes

  • ¼ cup – granola (pick your preferred type)
  • 1 cup – Greek yogurt (choose your favourite variety)
  • ½ cup – seasonal fruit (apples and strawberries are currently in season for May)
  • Drizzle of honey
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon

  1. Begin by spooning a generous amount of Greek yogurt into a bowl to create your base. Adjust the amount according to your desired serving size
  2. Wash, and slice your fruits into small pieces. Feel free to add other fruits that you love or are in season
  3. Layer your parfait by placing the sliced fruit on top of the Greek yogurt
  4. Sprinkle your choice of granola over the fruit slices
  5. Drizzle a generous amount of honey and cinnamon over the parfait for added sweetness
