Be excited to come to work. Feel supported in your practice. Earn a living that aligns with your values — while making a real difference in patients’ lives.
At Acacia Health, we believe in quality of life, thoughtful evidence-based care, and building a workplace where clinicians feel connected, supported, and respected. Success here isn’t just about staying busy or counting new patients — it’s about collaboration, mentorship, and enjoying the people you work with (including the occasional lawn bowling match).
New hires are invited to participate in our structured mentorship program, supporting clinical growth, confidence, and long-term sustainability in practice, with opportunities for experienced clinicians to take on mentorship leadership roles.
One of our senior physiotherapists is relocating in the new year, creating a warm, established patient load for the right clinician stepping into the role.
Signing bonus starting at $5,000 — designed to support your transition and set-up for success. Higher bonus tiers are available for candidates with pelvic floor experience, and seasoned clinicians with several years of practice interested in taking on a mentorship role to support developing clinicians.
