Pollen allergy is also known as hay fever or allergic rhinitis

As we enter the 4th year of the pandemic – and as restrictions are lifted, we have reviewed our policies and updated as indicated.

Mask policy update:

As of Monday, March 13th we will no longer require masks in the common areas of both clinics.

NOTE: The intravenous therapy room at Dockside will remain an area with masks required and will most likely continue that way long term.

Masks will still be recommended and available for all who would like to continue wearing them (patient and practitioner alike). You are also more than welcome to continue to ask that masks be worn during your treatment, and some providers may request you wear a mask in the treatment or consultation room.

We made this decision after collecting feedback from patients, practitioners and staff; researching other clinics and their policies as well as evaluating the cost and waste created by the masks.

If you have any questions please call the clinic site you will be attending (numbers at the top of the page).

Additional precautions:

We continue to operate at high standards for cleaning in general, and especially high touch surfaces.  Our staff stay home if they are ill and wear masks as indicated by public health directions.

We ask if you are attending the clinic, and are recovering from illness or have mild symptoms, consider wearing a mask as a courtesy to staff, practitioners and patients.
