    We are currently looking for a fantastic part-time (~15-30/week) person and experienced administrator to join the team at our busy clinics!

    Acacia Health is a busy multi-practitioner alternative health clinic with two locations in beautiful Vic West. Our Westside Village location offers treatment with Massage Therapists, Chiropractor, Kinesiologists, Physiotherapist & Osteopathic Manual Practitioners. Our Dockside Green location offers treatment with Naturopathic Doctors, Dietitian, Counsellors, and infrared sauna. (pssst… these locations are actually just up the street from one another)

    About the position:

    We are offering a part-time administration position, approximately 15-30 hours a week, with flexibility in shifts, and potential room for growth.

    The ideal candidate will be able to accommodate evening shifts (12-8) as well as some Saturdays.

    Under the title of Patient Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for answering phone calls, checking clients in and out, basic cleaning, appointment scheduling, as well as general office duties.

    Who we are looking for:

    • Friendly, highly organized individual, ideally with some office experience
    • someone who has a schedule that could, if necessary, have some flexibility to provide coverage for short-notice sick days, as well as occasional days off and holidays (with plenty of notice)
