We do our best to get everyone booked in, however during busy seasons we know not everyone gets the spot they need. Here is what to do if you don’t get that coveted spot!
First step is to navigate to the calendar of the clinician, or group of clinicians, that you want to be on the waitlist for.
Then follow the instructions IN YELLOW in images below:
Once you hit continue – you will begin to receive notifications as spots come up.
We recommend you respond as soon as possible, especially for RMT appointments, as the waitlist is active with folks wanting spots, year round.
And of course, if you have any questions – just give us a call and one of our friendly patient care coordinators will gladly help you get on the waitlist.
