Conor was born and raised in Victoria, BC. His interest in exercise grew from a young age when he started playing a multitude of sports, including soccer, rugby, baseball, lacrosse and ultimate frisbee. He was always looking for ways to make improvements that could take his game to the next level. In realizing his passion for sport and human movement, he pursued a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology (Honours) at the University of Victoria. His honours research revolved around sleep and how critical it is to mental and physical performance. He is now a member of the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists and is available for direct billing with ICBC. When not working, Conor enjoys camping, skiing and surfing… Almost anything outdoors.
