A graduate from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy (WCCMT) in 2016, Eden’s approach to massage therapy is focused on building client relationships and helping people to feel and understand that they are an integral part of their health and wellness goals. She hopes to deliver this by creating a warm welcoming environment focused on open dialogue, listening with the intent to understand, and a bit of humour. She is passionate about delivering education in a way that is approachable and relatable to all walks of life.
‘I believe strongly that taking a more hands on and holistic approach to our health empowers us and delivers more lasting benefits overall.’
Through her experience Eden has matured skills in the application of Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, and Attachment Release techniques. She incorporates her skill and intuition into each of her treatments to deliver long lasting therapeutic results. As part of the curriculum through WCCMT, Eden developed a case study in the treatment of chronic lower back pain and maintains this as one of her main focus areas within her clinic.
During her time in school Eden also sparked a special interest in craniosacral therapy and the treatment of scar tissue to help clients regain tissue mobility after surgeries and to assist the healing process. Eden hopes to pursue further education in both Craniosacral Therapy and scar release therapy.
In her personal life Eden is a mother to an awesome little boy. She loves exploring Victoria’s culinary scene as well as cooking at home, and the great outdoors. Eden is very excited for this chapter in her life as she will have more time to participate in her son’s school events and pursue more travel and outdoor adventures.
